The overall value was pretty good, especially with the included Operating Agreement and initial Corporate Bylaws. The site was easy to navigate, and the forms were clear enough. My documents took about 7 business days to reach me in Arizona, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but still within their stated timeframe. I also added the Business License Research service, which was helpful, though I felt the report could have been a little more detailed. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the status of my order, which was a plus. I'd use them again, but maybe for a less time-sensitive need.
